Shipping Information

All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Hand Tied Extensions Co. will ship items within 1-2 business day of your order.

Shipping Options:

Standard Priority mail: $10 (1-3 business days)
Priority Express Mail: $30 (next-day)
- All priority express mail orders must be placed by 3:00 pm central time in order to receive by 3:00 pm then next day.

International Shipping Options: (Canada)

USPS Priority Mail International: $28 (6-10 days)
USPS Priority Mail Express International: $45 (3-5 days)

Returns & Exchanges

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Returns or exchanges on regular-priced items will be accepted within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. All items MUST be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

To process a return or exchange, please fill out the form below. All returns or exchanges need to be mailed back to Hand Tied Extensions Co. Upon receiving your return/exchange, we will review and notify you of your return status. If all requirements are met we will process a refund or ship your new items. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
